AMETEK DFS Adds Nautilair® Pro 14" Blowers to Its
Robust Combustion Product Line

The Nautilair® Product Line Now Provides Hydronic System Manufacturers
Even More Size, Power and Performance Options

14 Nautilair Combustion BlowerNautilair® Pro 14" combustion blowers provide hydronic system manufacturers:

      • Air power to reach heating levels up to 6M BTU/hr

      • The highest sound reduction design

      • Global compatibility with three-phase line voltage of 380-575VAC

      • Easy installation and retrofit. Design flanges are the same size as existing Nautilair 12.3"

      • High power density for improved performance offering up to 1700 CFM and 28 inches of water

      • Compatibility with Siemens PBA137 valve and LMV-3 controller

Hydronic systems today oftentimes require larger boilers that need more air flow. With the addition of the 14" blower to the existing line of 7.6", 8.9", and 12.3blowers, AMETEK DFS' end-to-end product line can accommodate air power levels from .05M up to 6M BTU/hr and voltage inputs of 120VAC, 240VAC, and now 380-575VAC. The Nautilair® combustion blower line offers a comprehensive selection for the most common applications on the market today.

For more than 20 years, AMETEK DFS has been manufacturing Nautilair® combustion blowers. These variable speed brushless blowers have been engineered to deliver a measured air/fuel mixture in gas-fired burner systems for optimized combustion and reduced nitrous oxide and carbon monoxide emissions. These combustion blowers offer practical solutions for a wide range of applications, including commercial and residential boilers, hot water heaters, furnaces, food service equipment, kilns, and fuel cells, among others.

The Nautilair® combustion blowers serve as ideal alternatives to conventional speed or two-speed blowers, intake damper systems on fixed speed blowers, or inverter-driven variable speed blowers. When used with a modulating gas valve, these compact, lightweight, rugged, and high-speed blowers can suit a wide range of system designs.

The speed can be adjusted internally with an onboard potentiometer or with an external PWM or DC control that actively varies the blower’s performance, eliminating the need for complex air intake damper systems. Internal electronics convert AC input to DC and the blowers typically operate in excess of 20,000 hours, virtually maintenance-free.
